ABOUT THIS GAME:-Need for Speed: High Stakes, relsed as Need for Speed: Road Challenge in Europe and Brazil and Over Drivin' IV in Japan, is a 1999 racing game, developed by Electronic Arts Canada and published by Electronic Arts. It is part of the Need for Speed series, once again fturing a host of exotic sport cars and tracks loed in Western Europe and North America. It is notable in the Need for Speed franchise for being the first installment to include a damage model and a career mode where the player rns money by winning races and can spend it on more cars, upgrades, or repairs. When you press the "resetya" and you start the race, you can reset
all the other cars on the track by horning. The "outmyway" is the
same, but then you let the tires of the other cars explode.
Note: Don't use them both at the same, or else only the resetya- works.

There is a enabler which you have to download you will see it mentioned
in the other entries for this game. After you have downloaded this file
and unzipped it extract "config.dat" to all the folders you want to unlock. I
know the other entries say you must save it into your game directory and then
type the in at the main menu, this is crap I have tried it and it does
not work do as I have told you. If you still did not unlock the tracks or cars
you wanted extract the file "config.dat" into every single Need for Speed:
High Stakes folder. Now load the game and have fun, just watch out it may reset
your settings for the game. If you enter Single Player Arcade and your name is
"Prozac" you have unlocked all the cars and tracks in the game. Enjoy!!!!!!
